      6 months ≈ 182 days. Subtract 26 weekends (52 days), leaving about 130 workable weekdays (assuming no sick days or time off). This gives you 500 / 130 = 3.846 clients per day - But are you really getting 3.846 clients per day?

      I've been a technician for 21 years. Not all clients want tuning every six months; some prefer yearly. So we halved the number of six‑month tunings for a realistic number. This means if you get ½ of the clients in 6 months, you’ll get 3.846 / 2 = 1.923 clients.

    • Potential for 8.4 clients/day. The Pro Plan = up to 1,100 clients in 6 months. 6 months ≈ 182 days − 52 weekend days = ~130 workdays → 1,100 ÷ 130 ≈ 8.46 clients/day. Realistically, many clients tune yearly, not every six months, so halve that: 8.46 ÷ 2 ≈ 4.23 clients/day.

    • Having UNLIMITED clients means you can pick which clients you want to keep. It’s that simple. Say you have 3,000 clients…

      6 months ≈ 182 days. Remove 26 weekends (52 days) → ~130 workdays. 3,000 ÷ 130 ≈ 23 clients/day. Realistically only half will keep a strict 6‑month schedule → ≈11.5 clients/day (unrealistic for one tech). This lets you be selective and decline difficult pianos.
